  Sandplay is a successful tool when working with adults.  

Wherever we travel on life's journey, we experience our own particular joys and challenges along the way. Sometimes we are thrown off balance by difficulties that seem beyond our control. We may feel stuck and confused. We may find ourselves asking , "How did I get here?" and "What's the next step?"

I am a mental health therapist with 15 years experience helping adults of all ages to navigate difficult transitions. My training enables me to help you make sense of your Past so you can move into the Future with confidence. Many of the clients I work with have experienced:

In my work with clients. I draw upon a variety of therapeutic models(family of origin therapy, insight-oriented therapy, transactional analysis, dream work and sandplay therapy and assertiveness techniques) all of which open the door to change. There is no "one size fits all" in therapy so I tailor sessions to meet the individual needs of each client who comes to my office. I respect the unique strengths and varied life experience that each client brings to our work together.
